The role of a Faculty Occupational Medicine Teaching Lead is to be available to assist medical educators in a specific university to deliver training to undergraduate medical students on the links between work and health. The Faculty OM Teaching Lead acts as an initial point of contact between the medical school and the Faculty. They will encourage and promote health/work education. They will be able to talk through issues and approaches on teaching, or they may undertake to deliver lectures/tutorials to the students themselves, or use their own network and contacts in the occupational health community (occupational health nurses, physiotherapists etc) to provide teaching.
Should you wish to contact a Faculty OM Teaching Lead, or the Faculty’s POHMS (Promoting Occupational Health in Medical Schools) Lead please use the form below. Whilst all enquiries will be dealt with as quickly as possible, all those listed are volunteers and a definite response time cannot be guaranteed.
