The Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees is responsible for the strategic direction of the Faculty and its effective governance, acting in the best interests of the Faculty. FOM Trustees are registered with charity regulators and as directors with Companies House.
The Board of Trustees meets at least four times a year, and also meets to carry out risk reviews and strategic planning.
