Guidance for managers and employers on facilitating return to work of employees with long-COVID
The Faculty is pleased to publish further guidance on long-COVID, aimed at managers and employers to assist them in facilitating the return to work of people who may find this difficult because of long-COVID.
It is complementary to our earlier guideline for all health professionals on return to work for people with long-COVID. Both have been developed by a multidisciplinary group under the leadership of our Academic Dean.
We hope that this employer focussed guidance will prove useful encourage you to disseminate it widely.
