The Faculty website hosts over 400 abstracts from dissertations written by trainee occupational physicians and submitted as part of the requirements for Membership of the Faculty. Subjects range from sharps injuries and sickness absence to upper limb disorders and stress, and include topics such as parachute injuries and workplace violence.
Access to the abstracts is restricted to members of the Faculty of Occupational Medicine, via the member login. Once you have logged in, please select information for members, followed by dissertation abstracts.
Copies of the full dissertations are housed at the Faculty offices. Members of the Faculty and of the Society of Occupational Medicine and other bona fide students and academics may visit the Faculty office, by appointment, to read dissertations. To arrange this please use the enquiry form on the staff contacts page.
